What I do

I'm a registered psychiatric nurse based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, specializing in addiction recovery, co-occurring mental health concerns, and trauma. I work with individuals in active addiction, in recovery, or supporting a loved one through it — and I offer EMDR for trauma processing.

My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in your own strengths. You're the expert in your life. My work is to meet you where you are and help you build a path forward that's sustainable.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call so you can ask me questions and see if I am a good fit!

A cozy home office workspace with a wooden desk by a large window, showing a cityscape outside. On the desk, there is a potted plant, an open laptop displaying a document, a reusable water bottle, a smartphone, and a tablet. The window has a yellow patterned curtain held back with a black curtain tie, allowing sunlight into the room.

Sessions are held online and are available to adults located in Manitoba. I'm a registered provider for Manitoba Blue Cross and Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) for First Nations and Inuit clients with treaty status.
